""Adriana has had a hugely positive impact on the health and happiness of our three-dog pack.

One of our dogs is an elderly lab rescue who found herself in a new home at an old age. She was a bit lost in her new life and had some bad habits that she'd learned in her previous one. Adriana showed us how to connect with her, and now she's a happy, well-behaved member of her new family.

Our second dog is a year-old lab rescue. He attended Adriana's puppy class, and quickly learned how to sit, stay, heel, lie down -- all the essentials, plus a trick or two. We're looking forward to having him learn more.

"I adopted my black lab mix, Ella from the humane society in Fort Bragg when she was 3 months old. I spent the first month looking for obedience classes. Through out the month I read dog training books, and tried to teach Ella the basics (Sit, Down, Come, etc.). I soon realized that Ella was a very happy, excitable dog with lots of energy. Ella and I had our ups and downs for the first month. Even though she was enthusiastic and ready to learn, she tested me on the daily basis. Some days I felt like giving up, but I did not like the idea of my dog running the household. Finally, Paws recommended Atomic Dog to me, and I signed us up for Primary Skool. We enjoyed every minute of Adriana's classes! In fact, we loved the classes so much, we continued through Middle Skool and High Skool.

Through a series of fun games and exercises, Adriana teaches you to keep your dog focused on you in a variety of situations. Adriana taught me how to redirect Ella's excitement and energy into something more constructive. Before I knew it, I could take Ella almost anywhere without worrying about her behavior. "We adopted Mia from a shelter approximately 2 years ago. She was already 6 years old, and while she loves people she was terrible with other animals! She not only has an extraordinary prey drive, but she's extremely aggressive. All this culminated one Saturday morning when she accidentally got away from us and attacked my neighbor's terrier, Ollie. Thankfully, Ollie wasn't seriously hurt, but we knew we had to do something to prevent this from happening in the future. Mia and I started training with Adriana and -- if there's an upside to Mia's experience with Ollie -- these training sessions are it. They've really helped me to understand Mia, and that's made us much closer. Also, the training sessions are fun! I love learning new things to teach her and I was surprised at what a fast learner she can be. We're still working on the most challenging behaviors, but I'm thrilled when I see things "click" for her -- when she knows what I want and she gives it to me.
